ABOUT ME

Welcome! My name is Yuliia, and I am a coach with a strong desire to help people. My journey in this field began many years ago when I myself faced depression. I realized how a healthy mind, good mood, and clarity of thoughts can change the quality of life. The feeling of confidence in the power of psychological help captivated me and prompted me to delve deeper into the study of this science.My education as a practical psychologist obtained at the university, combined with my specialization in cognitive-behavioral therapy, laid the foundation for my practice. Additionally, I am always open to learning and acquiring new knowledge. Currently, I am deepening my understanding of mental disorders by studying the basics of psychiatry.
